My Philosophy

I have always believed that learning can be fun and engaging while still meeting organizational needs. I always ask that my collaborators come to me with their vision and ultimate goals and allow me to figure out how to make it a reality. I have helped organizations and individuals design learning plans, create roadmaps, and improve the overall quality of their learning programs with learning technologies. I love obsessing over the small details to create a learning experience that is both transformative and effective. I am also passionate about helping learning teams find the right technology to support their efforts without breaking the bank.
